Dr. Buchanan Featured in Paper for Memorial Day

Dr. Buchanan was featured on the front page of the Highlands Newspaper Memorial Day edition. The article highlighted his service in the early 70’s to the Marines in Vietnam during the US involvement there. The article discusses his experience there and how it impacted his abilities since.
